Direct Sales Binder Organization

How to get organized in your direct sales business. I personally use a Five Star binder in conjunction with iCal. This binder system will work for any direct sales company.

How the binder is set up:
1. Inner pockets include Combine & Save information & the Dice Booking game. This should be any that you need to be able to grab quickly while at a party.

2. Zipper pouch should include any small lose items: business cards, pens, pencils, post its, flags, cash & carry money, etc.

3. Tab 1 - Keep any catalog or promotional flyers here. These are your master copies. Use these to document if anything is on back order or sold out.

4. Tab 2 - Booking calendar. Mark off days that you can not do a party or mark days that you can do a party, which ever is else. Utilize this tab when a party guest would like to book a party.

5. Tab 3 - Host information. I keep my Fundraising information & Hostess Coaching document here. If you would like this document, you can find it here ( http://bit.ly/hostesscoaching ). It might not open correctly but if you open in Word, it should be fine. I also keep my hostess packets behind this tab.

6. Tab 4 - Join information. I keep the compensation plan here as well as the Consultant Guide here. I document any conversations that I have with my downline on their own guide.

7. Tab 5 - Contacts. Any important contacts that you would need for your organization.

8. Tab 6 - Standards. I keep this in my binder so I can reference it to see if I am within compliance.

9. Tab 7 - Incentives/Challenges. If you company offers any type of incentives or trips, keep the information you need to qualify at arm's reach.

10. Tab 8 - Customer Follow Up. Keep all of your customer care sheets or informational sheets here. I keep mine by month that I need to follow up on them in.
