red dot is a Truglo TruTac Micro. and the mount is a Monstrum for the ruger 10/22 in the Docter four post style .both i got on Amazon. installation: for the front , the barrel shroud alignment pin needs to be removed by gently pull and twist ,then i used a 3m x 6mm screw to self tap the screw right into the existing shroud pin area slot thats in the shroud. For the back, i removed the rear sight entirely (does not need to be)but do remove the spring, then i used a m3 x 8mm screw that goes directly into the existing rear sight screw hole. hope this helps, its a very easy job and 99% reversible.
