Atmananda's spiritual journey began in 1999. Exploring various meditation traditions, he eventually found resonance with non-dual meditation and Vedanta, drawing inspiration from figures like Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj, among others. Pivotal moments occurred through encounters with teachers such as Mooji, Nukunu and Adyashanti. Following a recommendation, Atmananda connected with Swami Shashwat Ji in Rishikesh, whose teachings deepened his understanding of meditation during his stay in the ashram.
Currently residing in Malmö, Sweden, Atmananda shares his insights through workshops and Satsangs.
