DENDROBIUM ORCHID CARE | Repotting Dendrobium | Type of Media

Dendrobium orchids are beautiful flowers that require little attention and overall very sturdy. Personally considered them as beginners orchid because of how easy they can be grow and propagate. We do have different types of dendrobium orchids, some of them are the the common phalaenopsis type, nobile and the anosmum type.
The nobile and the anosmum type requires a dry winter rest. During this period, water and fertilizers are reduce. This period usually starts from November and ends up in February. Dendrobium orchid flowers can last up to 2 to 3 months that's why they are also good candidates for cut flowers.
