宝登山神社/Hodosan Shrine

寳登山神社は、埼玉県秩父郡長瀞町の宝登山山麓にある神社。旧社格は県社で、現在は神社本庁の別表神社。 秩父神社・三峯神社とともに秩父三社の一社。宝登山山頂には奥宮が鎮座する。

Hodosan Shrine is a shrine located at the foot of Mt. Hodosan in Nagatoro Town, Chichibu District, Saitama Prefecture. The former shrine was a prefectural shrine, and now it is a Beppon Shrine of the main shrine government office. One of the three Chichibu shrines, along with Chichibu Shrine and Mitsumine Shrine. The Okumiya shrine is located at the top of Mt. Hodosan.


秩父神社

秩父神社は、埼玉県秩父市番場町にある神社。式内社、武蔵国四宮。旧社格は国幣小社で、現在は神社本庁の別表神社。 秩父地方の総鎮守である。三峯神社・宝登山神社とともに秩父三社の一社。12月の例祭「秩父夜祭」で知られ、秩父夜祭は「山・鉾・屋台行事」の1つとしてユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録されている。

Chichibu Shrine is a shrine located in Bamba-cho, Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. Shikinaisha, Musashikuni Shinomiya. The former name of the shrine was Kokuhei-kosha, and it is currently Beppon Shrine of the Shrine Headquarters. It is the general guardian of the Chichibu region. One of the three Chichibu shrines, along with Mitsumine Shrine and Hodosan Shrine. It is known for its annual December festival, the Chichibu Night Festival, which is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage as one of the ``Yama, Hoko, and Yatai Festivals.''


三峯神社

三峯神社は、埼玉県秩父市三峰にある神社。旧社格は県社で、現在は神社本庁の別表神社。 秩父神社・宝登山神社とともに秩父三社の一社。拝殿の手前には珍しい三ツ鳥居がある。狼を守護神とし、狛犬の代わりに神社各所に狼の像が鎮座している。

Mitsumine Shrine is a shrine located in Mitsumine, Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. The former shrine was a prefectural shrine, and now it is a Beppon Shrine of the main shrine government office. One of the three Chichibu shrines, along with Chichibu Shrine and Hodosan Shrine. In front of the shrine is a rare three-torii gate. The wolf is the guardian deity, and statues of wolves are enshrined at various shrines in place of guardian dogs.
