Tiramisu is delicious dessert. But to make the keto tiramisu, you need to make the keto lady fingers or a keto cake and then the top cream layer. This becomes a two step dessert and tedious. That is why, I have tried to make a low carb mousse with the tiramisu flavours, where you enjoy the top mascarpone cheese layer and don't have to bake any cake,
I love the combination of the coffee and the chocolate flavour. I have used those here, to give it that grown up kick. Among sugar free recipes, I think mousses are some of the best. You will not feel the unpleasant taste of sweeteners due to the fatty texture and taste.
