Automatic wire rope cleaning & lubrication - Viper Mini

Lubrication of port crane' s wire ropes by Viper Mini Lubricator.

Viper Rope Cleaner (VRC) is installed in front of theViper unit and cleans old grease and build up deposits, that are stuck in the grooves between the outer strands.

Viper' s high speed pump, delivers grease into the Viper collar and pushes it into the rope core.

A perfect wire rope lubrication scheme, which is delivered fast (10-15 m per minute, up to 2,000 m per hour) and consistently.

A great enhancement for safety and safer wire rope lube maintenance operations.

Lubrication Engineer' s Almatek® 1235 (used in this rope) is a very tacky and water resistant grease, that contains LE' s proprietary additive Almasol® which greatly boost anti-friction properties.
It remains in the rope for prolonged periods of time, several times longer than common marine greases, thus reducing the need for frequent lubrication. Almatek® 1235 greatly resists water wash out and shock loads. Hexagon Europe maintains a permanent stock of its complete product lines at several of its warehouses.
