Women's Wellness Workshop March 6 2024

On March 6, 2024 - 70+ Female Firefighters and women working in the fire service (fire investigators, EMTs, paramedics, lifeguards, fire admin) from across California gathered at the picturesque Annenberg Beach House. They spent the day learning from women who have lead the way in breaking down barriers in traditionally male dominated fields including:

Chief Kristin Crowley, the 19th Fire Chief for the Los Angeles Fire Department, and the first Female to achieve this rank in the history of the LAFD.

Lisa Jaster - United States Army Reserve lieutenant colonel and engineer officer was the first female reserve soldier to graduate from the Army's Ranger School. Attendees enjoyed each others company and learning techniques to live a healthier life on and off duty.
