Did you know that nearly half of adults in their 40s and 50s have a parent aged 65 or older and are either raising a young child or financially supporting a grown child? And that caregivers in this Sandwich Generation feel more stress than any other age group?
The demanding, delicate act of caring for growing children and aging parents at the same time can lead to not only exhaustion, but also can negatively impact your physical and mental health.
