Assalamualaikum viewers today I am sharing with you a recipe of Chana Pulao quick and easy to cook.





Ingredients:
For boiling Gram :
Gram 2 caps
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Bay Leaf 2
Cinnamon Stick 2
Salt half tsp


For Pulao :
Oil half cup
Onion 2 medium
Cumin whole half tsp
Chilli Balls 4 -5
Garlic sliced 5 -6
Green chilli chopped 2 tbsp
Tomato 1 medium
Star anise 1-2
Clove 5 -6
Black Cardamom 1
Salt 1 tsp (to taste)
Sauf powder 1 tsp
Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Black Pepper half tsp
Yogurt half cup
Rice 600 gm (more than half kg)
Mix Spices (Garam Masala) powder 1 tsp
Fresh Green Chillies and coriander
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
