Hey everyone! Today we’re making a quick and easy cabbage and ground beef skillet. One-pan dinner that’s hearty, budget-friendly, and full of flavor, and it only takes about 15 minutes to make! Honestly, this one’s my favorite quick dish so far!
🥘 Easy Cabbage and Ground Beef Skillet
Ingredients:
(Note: In the video, I made just 1 serving — adjust amounts as needed if cooking for more.)
340g ground beef (or any ground meat you like)
1 small head of cabbage, chopped the way you like it
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
350g ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp paprika (or your favorite seasoning blend)
Salt and pepper, gren onion and parmesan to taste
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil or butter.
Add the chopped onion — and garlic if you’re using it — and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in the peeled, chopped tomatoes and let them cook for about 5 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
Add the chopped cabbage. Stir well — it will shrink as it cooks.
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and let it cook for about 10 minutes if you like the cabbage a bit firm, or 15 minutes if you prefer it softer.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and grated Parmesan before serving.
