After running 37,000 kilometers through long tours and daily commutes, it was time for a major engine servicing for my Yamaha FZS V2.
In this video, I visited Hasan bro at Moto Refresh BD, where we focused on internal engine inspection and necessary part replacements. Upon opening the engine, we found that the timing chain, timing chain adjuster, and camshaft had worn out and needed to be replaced to maintain long-term performance and reliability.
We also discussed the importance of a break-in period after replacing internal engine components to ensure smooth adaptation and longevity of the new parts.
