I am also going to be sharing my struggle of living with anxiety and depression and how I am cleaning my way out of the mess! I want to share this journey with you so that if you are too depressed to clean then I can help you clean your anxiety and depression and we can take back control together! I am so ashamed my house is so messy but this is the truth of living with anxiety and depression and I wanted to keep it raw and real as always! I hope that my series will inspire or motivate you to want to clean your anxiety and depression too! xo
