Mazda CX5 no power at low revs & P0299 Fault code? Check this first

Investigating an issue on this 2015 Mazda CX5 twin turbo, no low down power, only boosts at higher revs, Fault code P0299 stored in Engine ECU.. This is quite a common issues with these, the pin breaks & the waste gate valve becomes detached. Quick video showing the simple diag route to prove if the turbo is at fault or not. The turbos can fail in other ways but this seems to be a common failure on this specific turbo.
