Kitchen Cabinet Build Part 1 - SBW#23

My wife and I decided to finally redo our kitchen. This is the first video of a series primarily focuses on the work I did building the cabinets from start to finish. This video and others in this series are long format. Other work you see in the kitchen was completed by contractors and not myself since I had my hands busy building approximately 15 cabinets, doors, drawers, etc in the time frame laid out to get the kitchen. Also due to this time frame I did not record every single detail.

This first video covers the start of the upper cabinets face frames and explanation of why and how I did what I did. Included are also some tips to avoid mistakes along the way.

I used the Kreg Pocket Hole Jig K4 Master System for most of the joinery.

The wood was purchases from a local hardwood dealer in S3S form that required to be planed to down to 3/4" thickness from 15/16"
