Tapioka 4 sdm
Bahan Saus :
Bawang putih 2 siung, cincang
Bawang bombay kecil 1/2 bh
Saus tiram 1 sdm
Kecap manis 2 sdm
Kecap Inggris 3 sdm
Saus tomat 1/2 sdm
Margarin 2 sdm
Gula pasir 21/2 sdt
Air 1/2 gelas
Air jeruk limau 1 sdt

2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mushroom stock
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
4 tbsp tapioca starch
Sauce Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 small onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp margarine
2 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lime juice
