ReBar = OFF to fix GPU utilization bug. This fixes the low GPU usage in wide open areas, clearly ReBar is bugged in this game on Intel and Ryzen for now. Turning this off globally in Profile Inspector fixes the issue and allows for nearly double the FPS and maxed out GPU usage.
