Easter Marzipan | Almond Marzipan | Marzipan Toppers | Easy Marzipan No Cook Eggless Recipe

I absolutely love marzipan. The texture is just right to make these adorable little figures and the fact that this is a no cook marzipan recipe makes it so much easier and time efficient.
I made them bite size but these also make perfect toppers for your Easter cake.

Add water only if required. I only used around 1/4 tsp.

I've used gel pastes (sugar flair) for the colours. Add colour acc to your preference. A little goes a long way.

I’ve made these using minimum cutters/molds as possible as not everyone has access to them. Only ones I’ve used are for the easter Bonnets 👒

To store if not using immediately wrap the Marzipan in cling film (without colour) and keep it in the fridge. When ready to use bring it to room temp before using again.
This Marzipan can be made a couple of weeks in advance but personally I make, colour and shape it 5 days prior to Easter and store it in a ventilated box at room temp(air tight box can make it sweaty) This recipe can also be used for molds.
