This is part of my self build Sprinter camper videos to help others.
It shows how I built a custom roof rack from Aluminium extrusion, this supports a Victron 215 watt solar panel.
Know as 80/20 in the USA, I used the Bosch Rexroth system of 40 x 40 mm.
It's very light and super strong. I detail the different ways to make joints and fix the struts to the roof.
This roof rack on the Sprinter is stronger and much lighter than any other products on the market.
