More than two million adolescents are living with HIV and AIDS, and yet there is a growing view that adolescents have been overlooked in the global effort on the epidemic.
This Debate discusses the true impact of gender inequality, the urgent need for high impact services, and takes a candid look at legal, social and policy issues. Joining us are Joy Phumaphi, former Minister of Health, Botswana; Geeta Rao Gupta, Deputy Executive Director, UN Children's Fund: Attapon Ed Ngoksin, International Treatment Preparedness Coalition; and John Santelli, Professor, Columbia University.
