Shenzhen K11 is located in Taizi Bay, Nanshan District. It is directly accessible by subway and adjacent to Shekou Cruise Center and Sea World. The total construction area of the project is nearly 230,000 square meters. It has an investment of 10 billion yuan and took 7 years to build. It is the first seaside culture and art district in Shenzhen, integrating art, commerce, nature and humanity, with rich business formats, including theaters, parent-child amusement parks and so on. K11 HACC introduces international art exhibitions and also has office spaces and a seaside promenade. It has opened for trial operation. In the future, it will cooperate with global resources to hold diverse activities and promote the flow of art resources between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
