The TOP 75 from Akko is one of the first budget boards to implement a top mount design. This mounting style is more commonly found in high end boards such as the praised TGR Jane. It allows a unique sound character leaning towards the higher pitch. But maybe there's a reason why you don't see this design in budget boards...
