Filmed during lock down, this dynamic Qigong exercise from the Wild Goose Qigong system, combines martial movements with qigong. However it is NOT a martial art, it is a martial art style Qigong .
Five elements refers to the 5 yin organs, whilst walking in a Bagua circle balances the yin and yang inside the body.
It's main function is to strengthen the spine and the Du channel, strengthen the nerves, muscles and bones. It also nourishes the 5 Yin organs.
Wild Goose Qigong has been handed down through 28 generations and dates back to the Jin dynasty.
