This is Canberra Burns Pipe Band from Australia playing The Dawning of the Day and Scotland the Brave in Buchanan Street as part of Piping Live! 2014. The band, under its Pipe Major, Athol Chalmers, was visiting Glasgow to participate in the World Pipe Band Championships.
Canberra Burns Club runs a Grade 3 band and a Grade 4 band, and their last visit to 'The Worlds' was 10 years ago.
This was one of a number of clips I shot in 4K during the week of Piping Live, and this is the first to be posted on this channel.
