Man Seeks REVENGE For His Entire Family Who Died In A Plane Crash

In 2002, two aircraft collided mid-air over Überlingen, Germany. One man lost three of his family member- his wife and two young children, so he set out to avenge their deaths. He became obsessed with pinning the blame on the air traffic controller on duty when the two aircraft collided, Peter Nielsen, but, was the air crash actually his fault?
