My first service experience for the Tata Nexon EV 3.0 Empowered plus 45KW at Sagar Motors Noida (@TataMotors @tata.evofficial @SagarMotorsNoida) was disappointing. It took over 8 hours to get my car back, and many of my service requests—especially regarding electrical checks—were not completed. As an electric vehicle owner, I expected professionalism and timely support, but this visit fell short on many fronts.
