Sometimes you promise someone forever but it doesn't work out that way.
I thought I would never do a tribute to the Doctor and Rose purely because there were already so many on youtube but I thought this was such a perfect song I had to.
There were many ways I could of done this song but I chose to do it like the original music video of the one that got away, wear katy is having flashbacks, so that is what Rose is doing now, she is thinking back to her time with the doctor and what she should of done.
There is a clip of the eleventh doctor at the end to show it still haunts him as well.
