The Shimoda Action X series is known for durability, comfort, and thoughtful design — and for landscape photographers like me, it seemed like the ideal pack. With a roll-top design, adjustable torso, and modular camera unit, it ticked all the boxes for day hikes and photography in the wild.But when I discovered a fault, it left me seriously disappointed. I was already planning to upgrade the straps and waist belt — that’s how much I liked this bag. So returning it wasn’t an easy decision. In this video, I take you behind the scenes:
