Ok guys in today's fullbody, hiit, NO REPEAT workout we have 30 different exercises to complete in 30 minutes. We will be using bodyweight and dumbbells, working for 45 seconds with a 15 second transition. It’s going to be fast, fun, and sweaty!! If you want a longer 60 minute workout, just repeat the whole workout again!! ...with 30 exercises to perform, it will STILL feel like a NO REPEAT!!
