1991 Chevy OBS Cheyenne V8 LS Swapped Build Remove and Replace Front Grill Upgrade Swap

We all love budget built hot rods or modifications to our cars/trucks. One of the best "Bang for the Buck" IMO is to freshen up the front end of your vehicle. New or re-painted grill, headlights, and trim do wonders for the appearance and look of your ride. In this video we replace the worn and broken pieces of the front of the 1991 Chevy OBS project truck.

I old saying, "the devil is in the details" is very true. Just swapping out the grill and other parts seems really quick and easy. It can be, or it can be a real pain the rear (front?). Over the years, parts get damaged and replaced, or not and the little things that often cannot be seen are gone or changed out. Screws, clips, retainers, grommets etc fall into this trap. Many are no longer available new or are even made anymore. Replacing original parts with similar can be a challenge. It can be "thrown together" or done as right as possible. The latter takes more time to accomplish.
