NEVER Apply For Planning Permission with Clive Edwards on The Never Settle Podcast

Clive Edwards is one of lifes good guys and just wanted to be left alone to live his life, being good to others and being self sufficient.

He faced a serious legal battle with his local council, which culminated in them issuing nine Enforcement Notices against him - each notice is an indictable offence which carries the risk of an unlimited fine, and imprisonment. He still did not comply.

Despite this clear defiance of typical legal expectations, no ‘authority” or council has wanted to bring the matter before a court. Clive’s case serves as a real-world example of the legal principles shared in the articles at his website.

Clive went on to travel Britain helping many farmers with their court cases, from Cumbria down to Cornwall. This experience provided valuable key insights in to how we are controlled by government.

He is about to release his first book titled “The Consent Of The Governed"

Clive launched his website: CapillaryWave.com last year after escaping the Matrix.

Clive says: “if mankind only understood their legal position in relation to their government, they would no longer wish to be citizens”
