In this raw, personal review, I tackle two beautiful, high-potential pens—a vintage-era Pelikan M200 Tortoiseshell and the modern flex challenger, the Magna Carta Mag 600. Both had major issues straight from the Singapore Pen Show. I share my weeks-long journey attempting to tune a baby's bottom and adjust misaligned tines. I also share why my video review was delayed—the sudden, tragic loss of my beautiful Daisy, and the arrival of my new, adorable (but untrained!) puppy, Tiger.
