Solar Plexus Chakra Blessing Music |RAM| - Relax, Surrender, Be Limitless - Chakra Meditation Music

✨ This meditation consists of 4 cycles, each lasting 15 minutes. Every cycle has two parts: the first part is 10 minutes with rhythm, and the second part is 5 minutes of melody.
Focus your attention on the Solar Plexus energy center. If possible, sing RAM along with the audio. Then open your focus, encompassing the space around that center. When you can feel the space around the energy center, bless it and feel elevated emotions such as love, gratitude, or joy to raise the frequency of the center and create a coherent energy field.
When you have blessed the energy center for 10 minutes, the rhythm will stop - lie down for 5 minutes. Relax, surrender, and allow your autonomic nervous system to accept instructions and integrate all the new information into your body. Then repeat this cycle.
