5 Generalizations between boy and girl cats:
🩵MALE CATS:
1️⃣Number 1 personality: Male Cats (or Toms) are often described as more affectionate, outgoing, playful, and attention-seeking. They might be more likely to rub against your legs, purr loudly, and follow you around the house.

2️⃣Number 2 Instincts: Boy un-neutered cats will territorial mark or (Spray pee) and peeing on things to claim has their own territory. This can be a significant issue as cat pee is the strongest most pungent smell that doesn't wash out. They can pee in your closets on your bed and cat urine smell is no joke! **** Neutering drastically reduces or eliminates this behavior so you shouldn’t have to worry about it!

3️⃣Number 3 behavior Intact: Roaming: Unneutered males are more likely to roam in search of mates, increasing their risk of getting into fights or being hit by cars. Neutering significantly also reduces this urge.

4️⃣Number 4 behavior neutered: Loving and sweet and confident. Roll on the ground and greet you at the door for head pets. Big lion lover boys!

5️⃣Number 5 Size: Females same size as males (males bigger if intact)
Intact males have obvious fat thick round faces and jowls.

🩷FEMALE CATS:
1️⃣Number 1 personality: Female Cats (Queens) are often described as more independent, reserved, and sometimes more finicky. They might be more content to do their own thing and may not constantly demand attention.

2️⃣Number 2 Instincts: Girl cats may have a natural mothering instinct and can be very nurturing and sweet, even if they haven't had kittens themselves. As females they may hide more to feel safe.

3️⃣Number 3 behavior intact: Female Cats (Queens) have Heat Cycles often! Spontaneous ovulaters upon copulation. Unspayed females go into heat like dog's, but they don’t bleed like dog's do. During heat a female cat will be yowling, display increased affection, and also make attempts to escape to find a mate. This can be disruptive for both the cat and the owner. Spaying eliminates heat cycles and this behavior.

4️⃣Number 4 behavior spayed: Happy loving and affectionate cat. Greets you at door with light meows for a heat pad and treat!

$$$ Cost of Spaying: Generally alittle more expensive than neutering a male due to the more invasive surgery.

5️⃣Number 5 Size: Females same size as males in some cases.

🐱 Age: Kittens of either gender will be more playful, crazy and require more attention. Older cats might be more settled and less playful.

🐱Pure Breeds: Have distinct general and desirable personality traits associated with them.

In conclusion, neither male nor female cats are inherently "better." The ideal cat for you depends on your personal preferences and what you're looking for in a feline companion. Focus on individual personality and temperament rather than solely on gender.

Regardless of gender, spaying or neutering is highly recommended to have a happy and comfortable companion feline pet in your house.
