Painting weird portraits is a memoir of sorts. I love painting, as some would label them, "weird" portraits. I love discovering new backgrounds to put them in and pushing the limits of the vibrant colors. My art studio is my retreat, to go and be me, and to create what I want, with no one telling me it's wrong.
I thought it was important to share this private part of my life and art journey because perhaps many other artists have not been encouraged to pursue their passion and to create what they most desire. I thought this video might inspire an artist to keep going and to dig deeply into their creative journey.
