Foolish Mortals Game - Creating The Music

It’s been an intense year juggling many different projects, but just before I head off to musically direct “Aladdin”… I wanted to share a little behind the scenes insight to my work as Composer, Orchestrator/Producer & MD on the recently released adventure game “Foolish Mortals”. 👻

Working with legendary Theme Park Designer, David Younger, the writer & creative director of Foolish Mortals (that he’s been working on for 4 years!) was a dream collaboration. We had the BEST time bouncing so many ideas off each other, and it was amazing really getting to “do my thing” with a style of music I’m so passionate about. David really GETS it, and put lots of trust into simply letting me just get on with it, which can be rare in this industry.

The level of detail you’ll find in this game (and the physical box edition you can buy!) is truly inspiring. An all-star voice cast, is also featured in the game, compromising of some Disney, Marvel & DreamWorks legends. I was also able to feature some of my own musical legends on the soundtrack, bringing in some of my favourite musicians (who I’m also lucky to call friends) that really elevated my work to new heights!
