Desert women wake up very early in the morning and the first thing they do is to churn the yogurt they made the night before and make lassi and butter from it in the morning.
Products made from cow and goat milk are eaten with great enthusiasm here, such as yogurt, butter, and lassi made from milk in the morning, which are included in their breakfast.
Surprisingly, you can guess that the people here drink water from the pond where the animals also drink water, but still they look healthier than the rest of the people and their lifespan is also longer.
