Five weeks out from the Pittsburgh Marathon — let’s talk training.
In this video, I’m sharing a full update on my Pittsburgh Marathon training so far. I’ve been following the Runna app for the past 11 weeks, and I’ll walk you through how it’s going — the highs, the lows, and what I’ve learned from 330+ miles so far.
I also share my thoughts on the Runna app as a training tool, how it’s helped (and where I’m skeptical), and what I’m thinking heading into race day with a goal time of 2:55. Is that ambitious? Maybe. But I’m going for it.
