While I don't recommend this for normal people and general strength, competition is different . Some competitions in strongman and CrossFit, you just have to try what they say if you want to compete.
For one of my worlds strongest man competitor friends who needs to lift a MASSIVE kettlebell overhead with one arm.....
My first tip is doing a two handed clean to not wear out the arm at all getting it to the starting position for the push press or jerk
Secondly, make sure that weight is not gonna rotate like crazy at the end point
