Jalapeños vs Habaneros: which has more flavor?

"Flavor" is the key word here. We all know that these peppers can bring heat, but if they don't also bring flavor than they're not pulling their weight. 

I use both of these peppers a lot in my recipes, but the inconsistency of jalapeños means you need to do a little more leg work to ensure your dishes turn out the way you envision. 

Even if you're not a fan of spicy food, please don't write peppers off altogether. When used correctly, they can add so much depth to the flavors of your recipes.
