In this video, I take an old-school GT Pantera AL frame and give it a fresh new life with a full restomod bike build—using mostly parts I had lying around in the shed! From drivetrain to cockpit, it’s a mishmash that somehow just works. 😎

This build ended up looking way better than I expected. And to top it off, I’m rocking a set of Rockbros panniers—affordable, functional, and surprisingly tough for the price.
