Los Angeles County Real Estate - Home Prices Down? November 2025

The real estate sales numbers are in for Los Angeles County, California! (October 2025 sales, findings are published mid/late-November 2025.) The LA County median sales price for single family homes was down from last month, but the price drop is not what you think. It's really a matter of perspective. We go over LA county home sales, supply of homes for sale and how long it's taking for homes to sell relative to last month and last year. I also go over local real estate trends I'm noticing right now in mid-November 2025 in the Burbank, Toluca Woods, and LA area.
