3 medium-sized eggs
150g (3/4 cup ) granulated sugar
200g (1 and 3/4 cup) all-purpose flour
100ml (7 tbsp) milk
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder

2 tbsp of icing sugar (for dusting, to prevent sticking on parchment paper)
Topping:
Raspberry jam
1 tbsp of icing sugar

Bake in the middle of the oven at 185 degrees (top and bottom heat) for ca. 12 minutes.
