In this video I will share how I prepare myself for Ramadan. Its a pre ramadan preparation vlog 2023. I'm going to make & freeze item for Ramadan so that we can easily focus on ibadah. Today I'm making Chivken sticks/pizza popps... Meetha khoya ka samosa... Amm panna/ kachche aam ka sharbat... Qeeme ka samosa... 1) Chicken sticks;-
ingredients for chicken batter -- 1kg boneless chicken, 1tbsp.ginger paste, 1tbsp. garlic paste, 1tsp. kashmiri red chilli pwd, 1.5 tsp. red chilli flakes, 2 tsp.white pepper pwd. , salt to taste,1 small onion,1small tomato, 2tbsp red, green and yellow capsicum each, 2tsp. oregano, 2tbsp pizza or pasta sauce.
2) Khoya samosa :-
ingredients --- 200 grm khoya, 1/4 cup almond,1/4 cup wallnut.1/4 cup pistachios, 8-10 tsp. sugar.
3) Amm Panna :-- 6-7 medium sized raw mango, 10-14 tsp sugar (depending on the sourness of the mango), 1tsp.pink salt,1 tsp.roasted corriender pwd , 1tsp. chat masala ,handfull of mint leaves.
4) Qeema ka samosa :-- 1tsp.cumin seeds, 1kg mince, ginger garlic paste 2tbsp each,1tsp.turmeric pwd., salt to taste,1tsp roasted cumin pwd, 1tsp. garam masala pwd.,10 green chilly chopped ,4medium sized chopped onions,1 bunch spring onion , 1 bunch soya .
