Rock Steps are everywhere! They are the bridge between movements and they give followers SO MUCH information about what our immediate futures are. However, I feel that followers frequently under commit or bounce out of the rock step before getting all of the information they have to offer. In this video, I talk about what I think about when I rock step, and I share a few moves that highlight the differences between a few different kinds of rock steps, including that ever popular swing out!
