IDIOTS on the road

I've got hit by a couple of players in ETS2MP / TruckersMP and they got instant karma: 00:20 + karma at 00:25; and 3:10 + instant karma at 3:22
Bonus, a permanently banned player at 3:22, who tried to evade ban.
