At 10:00 a.m., we received a 5-second video and a distress message from an old lady. In the video, a poor dog was lying motionless in the trash can of the apartment building where the old lady lived. As soon as we received the information, we immediately drove to the old lady's house. When we arrived, the old lady was waiting for us in the lobby of the apartment building. The old lady quickly led us to the poor dog behind the building. The old lady picked up the dog and put it in a small cardboard box to rest. When we opened the box, what we saw was a very pitiful dog. He was wearing a thick coat but it was torn in many places. His coat and fur were covered with dirt. He was lying motionless in the cardboard box and breathing weakly. One of his eyes was injured and the top of his head was abnormally swollen. When we took off his torn shirt, what appeared before our eyes was a body so thin that it was just skin and bones. He had several other injuries, mainly on his hind legs. Realizing the urgency of the situation, we quickly took him to the hospital...
