Tobita Shinchi (飛田新地), also known as Tobita Yūkaku, is the largest red-light district in Osaka and western Japan, located in the Sanno 3-chōme area of the Nishinari-ku ward. It has existed since the Taishō period (early 20th century) and historically served as a licensed pleasure quarter.
