WAVE FORMER on type 4 hair Heatless Waves // This is PAINFUL!

Stop the madness!! Heatless curls?
A few weeks back Youtube suggested Amber Anash's video on Wave formers and it looked so dope I had to try it out. Saw a few other videos and it looked like it would be SO easy...well it wasn't, at least for me and my thick, coarse type 4 natural hair. Now, I love the results but LAWD that was a process! Check out my first impressions with waveformers! What do you guys think? Is there an easier way?
