this movie is the forth part of the chakra breathing meditation exercise with music.
there are 7 tunes related in tonality to the chakras.
on the question how to open your chakras i can say :
your chakras are open already but you can help to balance the energieflow, by doing meditation, yoga, thai chi. breathing exercise is a very easy form and specially focussing on breathing in these 7 chakra positions should help to energize them. it is not possible just to concentrate on the crown chakra and think some kind of enlightment will follow after visualizing some spaced out fantasy.... more it is to balance all the chakras from the basic to the top, and this you can only do, by meditate over a period of 3 weeks dayly. it is not possible to feel the chakras physically, their existence is scientifically not proofen....... but, that means nothing. there must be an subtl energie like the ancient tibetians described it. we also know that we have an aura, with many colors, and this aura can be photographed with the so called kirlian photography method.
i suggest in the end of the music, to visualize to breath in and out through the whole surface of your skin, in order to connect your breathing energie to your aura. and in ancient books is written, that when your chakra energy level is high, your aura will also be much bigger and more powerful in therms of your positive energy will attract other equal energy over a greater distance.
with my visuals i only help people to imagine these "turnig wheels" in their related colours. in the meditation it is important to focuss only on the colour, position and breathing with the music. you should close your eyes and visualize the airflow in and out, maybe turning, like in my visualisation....
if you watch the movies with there turning and then close your eyes, the effect is, that the turning will go on......
when you do the exercise for a certain time you will realize, that the energie in the air called "Prana", fills up your body into all of your cells. not only the oxygen will be transformed from your lungs into your blood and your whole body, also the "Prana" will do.
Prana is contained in the breathing, it's called the absolute energy, and belongs into the five invisible categories also like thinking, speeking, seeing, hearing.
when you do this breathing exercise with music, hearing the music has the effect, that your brain will recognize the music after some practice as familiar. on an instinctiv level, you feel "at home" and the basic feelings like trust, stability and such give you the frame to do a strong meditation. you can let go from everything, that bothers you, because you feel safe and you are guided by the 7 pieces. so after some time hearing the same music your brain gets the information to relax.
it is not the goal to have great ideas in this meditation, some people like to compare good ideas with "enlightment" but this word is understood mainly wrong.
the pali word "samadhi" is the goal of meditation, that means "samadhi" is an inner silence, a contemplating spirit that occures ( like the quality of many teachings of Buddha ) and you can recognize it as one of the main effects that arise after well done meditation.
after doing these meditations, in wich you really should let go from everything, your inner strength, the power from within will change you, in a direction your whole life will benefit........"samadhi" will appear more and more.
there would be a lot more to write about, but the best is, you exercise and get your own experience ............
